About This Project

Our idea was to portray our clients’ passion for their business with a ‘home is where the heart is’ approach, a feeling we depicted in the company brand image. Steering away from the obvious here, the colour palette was specifically engineered to be immediately identifiable in the community as the ‘Declan James’ brand.  ‘Sale’ and ‘To Let’ boards are an advantageous form of advertising for this ‘local’ estate agent and within a competitive industry such is property sales and letting, we needed to give our client an image of trust, reliability with fresh, forward thinking.  Since the initial brand designs we have helped to shape the appearance of their first showroom, a real prominent feature within the Grappenhall area of Warrington and with branded boards popping up on gate fronts all over the village and surrounding town suburbs, it is clear to see the effect of this striking company image as a stand out business, winning the trust of home buyers, sellers and those looking for leasing opportunities too.
